I created this page back in December in an effort to navigate away from our Carepages site on Mackenzie, since she is doing so well and we don't need to utilize their site any further. As you can tell, it's only about 4+ months later, so we'll see how faithful I can keep to this blogspot!
Miss Mackenzie is over a year old now, although she won't be considered a year developmentally until 6/3/08. She is full of it, in every sense!
This spring we have had a vehicle totaled on us, not our fault, so we started the vehicle carousel and Caroline got an all black Honda Element (I know, you either love them or hate them) and I got an all white Toyota Sienna, I guess we're now the Black & White Family now!
Miss Mackenzie, or as she is better known "Boo-Boo" is going to have her adenoids taken out this week, it will be a whole new level of breathing for her and we're both tentative and thrilled by the prospect.
We will be getting a swingset for Boo-Boo later in May, we can't wait as she LOVES to swing! Int he process of trying to find a swingset for her, we have beome Craigslist devotee's, it's quite addicting!

Hi girls! I just checked out you new blog site and will now be checking this out frequently and no longer visiting carepages. I will expect this new site to be kept updated!!! Remember to call me Wednesday, 4/23 at work to give me the time of Mackenzie's surgery. Leave a message on the home phone too just in case I am not at work. I will try my best to get to the hospital some time on Thursday! ( Karen you know everything going on in my crazy life! ) I love the pic of Mackenzie standing up! Has she taken her first steps yet? I miss seeing you all and having you around! (it is ice coffee season you know!!!) I'll talk to you soon, give Mackenzie lots of kisses for me! Love to all, Lauren
